The problem
Luxury eCommerce works by different rules. A cluttered layout, a cheap-looking badge, or a checkout that feels transactional will undercut a high price instantly. The site has to feel considered while still loading quickly on a phone, and large photography and speed usually pull against each other.
How we approached it
We designed around whitespace and let the photography carry the weight, with typography and pacing doing the work that discount badges do on a mass-market store. The image pipeline was built to serve large, sharp imagery at sensible file sizes, so the site feels expensive without being slow. Checkout was kept calm and free of pressure tactics that would cheapen the brand.
